Ticket Completion Policy: Here at Keystone Marketing, we take pride in having a 3 business-day ticket turnaround policy. Meaning we will complete any reasonable request that are properly submitted through our ticket submission portal within 3 business days as long as the request isn’t immensely time consuming. Any requests that aren’t properly submitted through the ticket portal have no guaranteed completion time.
Content Accuracy: Keystone Marketing endeavors to ensure that the content on a website is accurate and up-to-date, no representation or warranty, express or implied, is made to its accuracy or completeness. Keystone Marketing cannot promise that a website will be uninterrupted or entirely error-free; being provided on an ‘as available’ basis, Keystone Marketing is not responsible if a website is unavailable for any reason beyond our control. Keystone Marketing is not responsible for the validity of any content, information, or advertising products on any website or resource accessed through external links from the Keystone Marketing website. Keystone Marketing has no control over these external sites and resources, and in no way recommends, endorses, or guarantees their validity.
Early Cancellation: If a Customer chooses to stop services before the completion of the contract term, the Customer agrees to pay an early termination fee equal to 70% of the remaining contract value.
Terms and Services: Keystone Marketing may modify its terms and conditions and provided services at any time. Keystone holds to right to adjust the pricing of its services when the contract term renews if written notice it provided to the customer before the term end date.
